We recently visited a hotel in a stunning location near the ski lifts in the English Lake District. The hotel was new to the UK market and was incredibly easy to access the ski lifts. The room was spacious and had a modern bathroom with excellent facilities. The staff provided great service and offered a delicious breakfast with a stunning view over the mountains.

The hotel fell short on the cleanliness of the hallway carpet that was worn out and had small stains.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Formigal. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to choose from, including pastries, cheese, ham, and even a cooked breakfast. The rooms were spacious, warm, and had a lovely view of the ski resort. The spa was a great bonus, and the massage by Marlene was absolutely superb. The hotel also provided free transport to the ski resort and had lockers for our equipment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Formigal.

The breakfast had a nice variety and the room was spacious and clean. The location was great, with easy access to the mountain for skiing. We also appreciated the free transportation provided by the hotel.

Our Christmas stay was marred by the lack of festive cheer from the staff. There were no decorations or special events for the holiday, making it feel like any other regular day.
